• Develop KPI Executive Scorecard for global view of business health
• Create Sales Performance Reporting to identify trends & opportunities
• Deep-dive into efficiency modeling for GTM metrics
• Publish Insights Newsletter highlighting GTM trends to executives
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to align dashboards with objectives
• Continuously improve dashboards and automate processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years total experience; 3+ years in analytics at a tech company
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, MS Excel)
• Proficient in SQL (Snowflake preferred)
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics or similar tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data structures & reporting
• Excellent communication; able to translate data into actionable strategies
