Revenue Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies for a regional multifamily portfolio.
• Partner with regional/property leadership to guide pricing and operational decisions.
• Travel frequently to properties to understand operations, demand, and market dynamics.
• Provide ongoing pricing recommendations to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Coordinate with onsite teams to gather insights and align strategies with market conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; business or related major preferred.
• Multifamily housing experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with revenue management, property management, BI, or
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; regular regional travel required.
• Ability to visit properties, navigate varying weather, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; highly organized and data-driven.
