Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Build reporting infrastructure, KPI frameworks, and strategic analysis for GTM decisions
• Translate data from Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake into clear insights
• Surface patterns in pipeline, funnel, and retention data; assist forecasting and territory/quota
• Help shape strategic planning for the broader revenue organization
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders to tell data-driven stories
• Turn raw data into boardroom-ready narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in revenue ops, sales ops, BI, or financial analysis
• Hands-on dashboarding in Sigma (required) or Looker/Tableau/Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake
• Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, or annual planning
• Strong SQL skills and ability to model data
• Ability to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders
