Partner with RevOps and cross-functional leadership to own end-to-end revenue processes from lead
Improve GTM efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, standardizing workflows, and reducing revenue

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Revenue/Sales/Customer Success Operations or similar.
Experience with quota/compensation planning, deal desk, lead routing, renewal operations, and
Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and coding (SQL/Python).
Proven ability to build dashboards, collaborate with Data teams, and drive data governance (metric
Experience with AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code or similar) and internal automation.
Strong written and organizational skills; thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
