Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own quarterly revenue reconciliation across Degree partners from data collection through final
• Collect, validate, and reconcile partner-submitted revenue reports against internal data sources.
• Investigate and explain variances related to enrollment, refunds, deferrals, timing, and
• Proactively manage partner follow-up to ensure reporting is complete and on time.
• Maintain clear documentation of partner revenue definitions, reporting schedules, and exceptions.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure reconciled revenue meets close and audit requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Data
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data manipulation, reconciliation, lookups
• Experience investigating data discrepancies and determining root causes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and
