  • Experience supporting Direct Sales and/or Channel.
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset; data-driven decisions.
  • Executive communication—written, verbal, and storytelling.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • High ownership mentality; you see problems and fix them.
