📋 Description

• Build performance infrastructure for CarePa and adjacent sales teams.
• Identify where AI can move the needle: predict at-risk partner accounts, prioritize outreach
• Apply AI tools to build self-service analytics for partner success and business development.
• Deliver proactive strategic analysis: funnel breakdowns, health signals, benchmarks by segment.
• Build and own the reporting infrastructure that drives GTM decisions.
• Instrument new product features from launch for high-impact pilots.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting, banking, analytics, or strategy & operations at a
• Strong analytical foundation (SQL and data modeling), able to build metrics from scratch, know what
• AI-fluent, with experience applying AI tools to real business problems across sales or go-to-market
• 0→1 builder who can scope ambiguous problems, build infrastructure that doesn9t yet exist, and
• Clear, confident communicator who leads with a point of view, defends it when challenged, and
