• Administer end-to-end commission and compensation processes, including monthly and quarterly payout
• Own SPIFF program operations, auditing submissions for eligibility, coordinating with submitters on
• Author and maintain BRDs for GTM tooling, enhancements, and workflow changes, serving as the

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTm Operations with pay-sensitive work experience.
• Structured communication and documentation skills to translate stakeholder input into BRD/ROE/docs.
• CRM (Salesforce), analytics tools (Metabase), and AI tooling (Claude/ChatGPT) fluency with
• Program management to own multiple recurring workstreams; manage sprint boards and stakeholder
• Strong internal customer orientation with cross-functional collaboration.
