Revenue Specialist, Worker's Compensation (REMOTE)

📋 Description

• Analyze and evaluate worker’s compensation claim payments using EnableComp’s software to ensure
• Research and obtain medical records and invoices to accompany hospital claims for prompt
• Conduct follow-up with payers to confirm receipt of claims and supporting docs.
• Prepare initial bill packets or appeals with documentation for insurance companies.
• Other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates/Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1-2+ years in healthcare billing/collections.
• 1+ years client-facing/customer service experience.
• 1+ years workers’ compensation billing/collections preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of payer/provider claims processing and data needs.
• Strong computer proficiency; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.
