📋 Description

• Support global reward programs with the Rewards, People Systems & Insights team
• Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business units
• Deliver compliant, competitive total rewards aligned to Sportradar strategy
• Conduct job leveling and market benchmarking using data
• Develop robust compensation packages for hires, promotions, relocations
• Contribute to annual reward cycles including merit, bonus, equity, sales incentives

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical and numeric with discretion
• Experience in international environments and virtual teams
• Stakeholder management and change navigation
• Link reward strategy to organizational goals
• Bachelor’s in HRM/Business Admin or related field
• 2-3 years in reward role; 3-5 years HR/Finance to specialise in rewards
