Active U.S. Secret security clearance; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent RF systems experience
Experience on cross-functional teams with EE, ME, SW, manufacturing, production
Experience mentoring/guiding other engineers
Experience leading design work at unit and system levels
Proven ability to quantify and improve RF sensitivity and ship products in fast-paced environments
