📋 Description

• The Risk & Change Manager maintains the project risk register and drives mitigation ownership
• Manages the change order process from identification through approval across GC/EPC and vendor
• Supports negotiations with independent pricing checks and settlement recommendations; keeps the
• Monitors contract compliance, notices, and documentation to prevent disputes or win them if
• Feeds risk exposure ranges and forecast data into monthly cost reports for accurate forecasting.
• Builds Hut 8's risk and change playbook including templates and approval matrices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in project controls, commercial management, contract administration, or risk/change roles
• Strong contract literacy across GMP, lump sum, and EPC forms including entitlement, notice
• Experience running quantified risk registers (Monte Carlo exposure a plus) with named owners and
• Deep understanding of change order lifecycle: identification, pricing review, negotiation support
• Claims-awareness; ability to build the record before needed.
• Construction cost fundamentals capable of credibly challenging contractor pricing.
