• Drive EU MiCAR and regulatory projects across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in consulting, financial services, strategy, or operations
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Commercially astute; links regulatory compliance with business growth
• Consulting mindset: structured, analytical, action-oriented
• Thrives in ambiguity; moves quickly from concept to execution
• Collaborative, low-ego; able to influence senior stakeholders
