Risk Control Manager - Virtual Operations

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise virtual risk assessment program; align with underwriting goals.
• Oversee day-to-day virtual operations; manage workload and SLAs.
• Develop capacity models using demand, geography, and performance trends.
• Establish governance, QA, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement audit and remediation processes to improve quality.
• Use dashboards and analytics to forecast demand and optimize resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Safety, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• At least 5 years in risk control, risk assessments, or related areas; virtual methods a plus.
• Proven success leading operational improvement initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Advanced knowledge of risk assessment, virtual service delivery, and regulatory standards (OSH
• Strong strategic planning, analytics, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with workflow systems, dashboards, and data analytics.
