• Risk & Controls Officer in 2LOD for a fast‑growing FinTech
• Support risk framework execution across product, tech, and operations
• Provide risk guidance to First Line teams and leadership
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, and Compliance
• Contribute to risk reporting and regulator engagement
• Work with modern risk platforms and data dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a regulated financial services environment
• Credit risk expertise and risk management experience
• Core risk domain knowledge: operational, tech, product risk
• Hands‑on ERM, control design, RCSA, remediation tracking
• Clear, collaborative communication across audiences
• Pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach to risk
