📋 Description

• Own the risk management framework for Unlimit
• Act as connective tissue between regulatory expectations and operations
• Maintain second line of defence and monitor exposures
• Advise Board and senior management with clear risk views
• Shape risk practices at speed within fintech and crypto rails
• Collaborate across finance, compliance, product, engineering and ops

🎯 Requirements

• Risk mgmt experience in regulated financial services
• Knowledge of MiCA, PSD2, EMD2 and related law
• Understanding of risk taxonomy: operational, credit, liquidity, market, tech, financial crime
• Experience designing risk frameworks, appetite statements, and risk registers
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls for digital-asset custody
• Strong analytical skills; communicate risk to boards/regulators/non-specialists
