🎯 Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, or risk management in a regulated
• Experience reviewing transactions or customer files using defined quality criteria.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, weaknesses, and risks, with the ability to translate
• Coaching experience with employees, agents, or teams.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and quality control practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
