Risk Strategy Leader

📋 Description

• Lead design and execution of risk management frameworks (merchant risk, fraud prevention).
• Define and oversee risk policies, procedures, and workflows for compliance.
• Drive analytics and modeling using SQL, Python, and BI tools to detect threats.
• Guide and mentor risk team in risk assessment, incident analysis, and improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership, Product, Compliance, and Operations to align risk with goals.
• Establish and oversee KRIs and dashboards for real-time risk monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management/fraud in fintech/crypto/payments, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in merchant risk, KYB/KYC, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring.
• Proven ability to develop and lead risk strategies, policies, and teams.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Excellent English communication for international teams and stakeholders.
