🎯 Requirements

B.S. in biological sciences/chemistry or related field; 5+ yrs pharma/CRO/biotech; or MS 3+ yrs
Experience supervising a laboratory team.
Strong written and verbal communication of scientific information.
Experience with nucleic acid process development equipment (Atka Avant, Agilent HPLC) preferred.
Commitment to safety, data analysis, and multitasking across workstreams.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
