Learn to operate GMR's robotics software stack across sanding and inspection systems
Execute structured process trials (Design of Experiments) for robotic adaptive sanding
Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot robotic cells to support trials
Collect and validate trial data to support process characterization
Maintain experimental discipline and ensure repeatability
Document trial results with accuracy and detail

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or in-progress/completed Master's) in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems
0-2 years hands-on experience with physical robotic or mechanical systems
Ability to follow structured experiments with high attention to detail
Familiarity with scripting and data analysis (Python or similar)
Strong written communication and analytical skills
