📋 Description

• Frontline ambassador for Roo platform experiences
• Balance relationship management with operational problem-solving
• Coordinate follow-up shifts and cross-team communication
• Provide platform guidance, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Surface trends with Account Management, Success, and Product teams
• Track satisfaction metrics and opportunities for improved service

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in veterinary industry, hospital ops or clinical management
• 3+ years B2B account management or sales experience
• Empathetic, confident in tough conversations
• Highly organized, multi-case management
• Strong strategic communication and de-escalation
• Comfort with tech, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
