🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in the veterinary field, ideally in hospital ops or related roles.
• Experience in B2B account management, customer success, sales, or partner relations preferred.
• Strong empathy, professionalism, and confidence in difficult conversations.
• Excellent organizational skills, multi-case management.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to drive resolutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with stakeholders.
