Lead and coach rotating equipment team; ensure timely decisions and staff development
Budgeting: develop Capex/Opex plans for rotating equipment engineering
Drive project delivery from concept to commissioning for capital projects and brownfield mods
Ensure HSSE/regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in operations

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
10 years of rotating equipment experience in LNG or Oil & Gas
Technical Authority Level3
Proven execution/engineering/constructing/commissioning/management of major industrial projects
