Ruby on Rails Developer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications and APIs
• Build scalable business logic with Rails, ActiveRecord, controllers
• Design/maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Collaborate with frontend teams using React, Vue, or Stimulus
• Contribute to feature development from planning to deployment
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, queries, and indexes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong knowledge of Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, MVC
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience with background job frameworks (Sidekiq/Resque)
• Solid RESTful APIs and backend architecture understanding
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
