Oversee day-to-day management of Field Officers (FOs) and field teams in Rwanda.
Plan daily work, track performance, and drive productivity and quality.
Mitigate risks, adjust plans with FM/PM, and report field updates regularly.
Coach FOs, support capacity-building, and ensure timely reports.
Coordinate field operations with senior management to ensure delivery goals.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in management is an asset.
Proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda with strong communication.
Ability to solve complex operational challenges in the field.
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to track performance.
Strong ownership, teamwork, and commitment to GD’s mission.
