SaaS Operations Analyst – Cloud Commerce (remote in Kazakhstan)

📋 Description

• Own health and catalog for Mirantis Webstore and marketplaces
• Coordinate onboarding, pricing, licenses, descriptions, and media
• Manage private offers end-to-end with AWS/Azure
• Liaise with partner teams on certifications and integrations
• Maintain Jira tracker for digital commerce initiatives
• Lead sprint planning and release cadences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in business analysis, operations, or systems analysis
• Experience with AWS or Azure Marketplace management
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• BI/data warehousing tools: Looker, Tableau, Snowflake
• Strong written comms for BRDs and SOPs
• Comfort in fully remote async environment
