🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of safeguarding, protection, community development, or related field operations
• Strong judgment to act appropriately in sensitive safeguarding situations.
• Ability to identify safeguarding risks across activities and support safe planning.
• Commitment to victim-centered practices, confidentiality, and ethical decision-making.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
