Safety Associate

📋 Description

• Manage intake, review, and data entry of ICSR cases
• Prepare narratives and coordinate safety reporting activities
• Support CEC/DMC activities and document tracking
• Co-author safety documents and aggregate safety reports
• Monitor quality indicators and SOPs for safety data
• Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences or RN diploma; Medical/PharmD candidates considered
• At least 1 year in CEC/DMC coordination or ICSR processing preferred
• Experience with EDC systems and safety databases required
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and safety processes
• GCP/GVP familiarity; detail-oriented and compliant
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new software
