Safety Coordinator

📋 Description

• Serve as a designated safety representative for the assigned dream fulfillment center (DFC).
• Coordinate and implement RTR’s Safety Program as directed by the Sr. Manager of EHS.
• Conduct training and coaching to ensure compliance with RTR safety standards and a safe work
• Perform safety observations, audits, and risk assessments; maintain OSHA-related records.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents involving equipment, employees, and fleet safety.
• Partner with security and operations teams to ensure safety policies are followed.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates’ degree or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics or related field.
• 1+ year in safety/environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
• OSHA knowledge and ability to maintain confidential personnel information.
• Calm under emergencies; flexible with shifts; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Google Sheets, Looker, and Jira.
