📋 Description

• Role: analytical, proactive Sales Administrator supporting sales outreach and proposals
• Prepare high‑quality sales materials and proposals for clients
• Conduct prospect research to inform sales proposals
• Draft executive‑level follow‑ups in US team style
• Handle research and outreach at scale for qualified prospects
• Provide administrative support and conference prep as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines for long‑term role
• Excellent English written communication with senior teams
• Analyze information to turn insights into clear recommendations
• Interest/experience in digital marketing, sales, or client services
• Experience with HubSpot, Clay, or SE Ranking is a plus
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail
