• Greet customers and provide high-level service on the shop floor
• Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and stock areas
• Process deliveries and replenish stock, merchandise garments
• Collaborate with team to create welcoming shopping experiences
• Offer genuine assistance and proactive service to customers
• Some prior retail experience is helpful but not mandatory
