📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Sell products and support customers with omni experience where available
• Promote loyalty program and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions
• Support store targets with merchandising, stock, and operations
• Contribute to a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house

• Sales experience in fashion/retail or service industries
• Ability to engage with customers and promote products
