🎯 Requirements

4+ years retail management, cosmetics/beauty preferred
Meet/exceed sales goals in fast-paced retail
Strong sales execution and operational excellence
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organization, time management, follow-through
People management and team development experience
