🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of retail management experience in cosmetics/beauty.
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in fast-paced retail.
Strength in sales execution and operational excellence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of people management and team development.
