• You are the first point of contact for customers, friendly and sales-driven
• Create tailored offers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with efficiency
• Confirm damages with customers and obtain required documents
• Assist refuelling and support branch operations while representing SIXT
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches

• Sales Mindset and passion for service
• Customer Focus with direct contact experience
• English communication skills
• Flexible, team-oriented, able to work weekends/holidays
• Driving Licence with at least 12 months experience
