📋 Description

• Sales role focused on achieving store sales goals and delivering the ALO Brand experience.
• Provide authentic product education on features, benefits, fabric, usage, design and care.
• Engage with customers, build daily client relationships, and ensure a friendly shopping environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and develop action plans for growth.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product flow and store operations to support sales goals.
• Deliver on-store initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction through quick issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1 year+ experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Energetic, optimistic, and able to balance enjoyment with work.
• Motivated to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Ability to build authentic connections and maintain integrity and trust.
• Capable of lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds and standing/walking through shift.
