📋 Description

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and
• Engage customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with our customers
• Maintain knowledge of store goals, initiatives, and product launches for guest education
• Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed per policy
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles and product/brand standards
• Confidently introduces all facets of the ALO business model and product knowledge
• Understand and communicate new product launches and initiatives
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
