📋 Description

• Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission
• Provide authentic, product education and community culture to guests
• Lead sales initiatives to meet store goals and support guest experience
• Maintain store standards through engagement with customers and team
• Ensure front and back of house tasks support store operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform physical aspects of the role
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store continuously
• Highest level of professionalism and willingness to learn about product
• Desire to work collaboratively with leadership and team
