• Achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission
• Educate guests on product features, benefits, fabric, care and brand culture
• Provide an authentic, friendly shopping experience through genuine guest connections
• Maintain store environment and ensure smooth daily operations
• Engage with customers and drive sales initiatives on the floor
• Contribute to teamwork and store goals with a proactive attitude

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including peak shopping periods
• Ability to stand, move, lift up to 50 pounds and perform multiple store tasks
