🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Stand and move throughout shifts; lift up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment with product knowledge.
• Team player and willingness to learn Alo's culture and guiding principles.
• Open to up to 30 hours/week, including holiday blackout period.
