• Drive sales and meet store goals through the ALO experience
• Lead ALO Flow initiatives, boosting productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales (retail)
• Passion for customer service and delivering experiences
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule; open availability preferred
• Knowledge of fashion/retail product and brand culture
