• Sell and deliver ALO experience to guests to meet store sales goals
• Provide authentic product education on features, fabric, usage and care
• Engage customers with the ALO community and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives
• Ensure engagement with customers and create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Maintain store presentation, product flow and replenishment; assist in shipment processing
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences; strong focus on guest service
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout shift
• 1+ years of client-centric sales experience preferred
