Actively listen to customers and guide them to Knix products for the right fit.
Maintain high energy on the floor and support visual standards and store operations.
Exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment (AOV, CVR, UPT).
Escalate issues to the Manager on Duty as needed and collaborate with the team.

🎯 Requirements

Customer service or retail experience is a plus; strong people skills are essential.
Team player who can adapt, stay flexible, and handle multiple interactions with care.
Experience working with KPIs and sales targets is an asset.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
