🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer engagement, or similar role.
• Proven ability to convert warm leads via written channels.
• Experience with CRM platforms and multi-channel outreach.
• Excellent written communication and empathy/relationship skills.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Healthcare/telehealth exposure is a plus.
