  • Demonstrated ability to coach via call observations and detailed performance feedback
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on quality control and execution
  • Comfortable reviewing high volumes of prospect and client calls
  • Remote-work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace and US/UK exposure
