Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Outreach to prospective clients to identify potential customers
• Set qualified appointments for the field sales team
• Hybrid role, three days a week in the Dallas office
• Meet daily activity targets (80-100 activities: calls + emails)
• Manage own book of accounts and set strategy for outreach
• Travel to attend sales conferences/events as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months sales experience (ideally SDR) with Mid-Market accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Resilient, coachable, and hungry to grow
• Strong work ethic; willing to learn and apply feedback
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales enablement tech
