Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Manage inbound leads for bridge and rental clients
• Educate and develop leads via phone, email, events, webinars
• Make 80 to 100 dials a day
• Identify and understand lead gen processes; support marketing activities
• Hand-off to Account Executive after qualification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance, business admin, or equivalent preferred
• 1 year in customer service or sales
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls
• Curious, with interest in real estate or mortgage
• Excellent verbal/communication skills
• Salesforce (or similar CRM) preferred
