🎯 Requirements

• Persuasive outreach from any arena (brand, debate, fundraising, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• 6+ months handling ambiguity with ownership.
• Experience using structured feedback to improve performance.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong time management and cross-team collaboration.
