Sales Development Representative - Germany

📋 Description

• Generate a pipeline of leads through prospecting and research
• Follow up with prospects via inbound/outbound calls and emails
• Partner with Account Executives to move deals through the sales cycle
• Identify customer needs and communicate value to secure meetings
• Build and expand the prospect database in assigned segments

🎯 Requirements

• New graduate or 1-2 years sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Understanding of the e-commerce market is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable with phone outreach and dialing many numbers daily
