📋 Description

• Execute defined sales development activities to generate SALs.
• Prospect outbound/inbound within Commercial accounts using approved messaging.
• Qualify leads and document interactions in CRM and engagement systems.
• Route SALs per established handoff standards and timelines.
• Maintain data accuracy and complete required fields in systems.
• Meet activity and output expectations as directed by management.

🎯 Requirements

• 0+ years in related role or equivalent training.
• Ability to follow defined processes, scripts, and guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business systems.
• Detail-oriented with good data entry and organization skills.
• Experience with outbound outreach or customer-facing communication is a plus.
